Serves 6
Add lentils to boiling water, simmer for 30 minutes. Drain lentils. Heat oil in skillet, add onions and garlic and sauté over low heat for approximately 30 minutes. Place drained lentils in a mixing bowl. Add walnuts, onion mixture, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well. A food processor may be used for smoother texture. Serve with Manischewitz® Matzo.
