After thousands of entries were reviewed, tested and judged, Amy Siegel rose to the top with her Marvelous Mediterranean Falafel Sliders. The epitome of perseverance, Amy came back from a disappointing semi-final appearance in the contest last year to capture the title of Simply Manischewitz Cook-Off champion. The judges had a tough decision when it came to choosing the winner this year. All of the finalists recipes were exceptional, but Amy's dish was determined to be the best of the best. Amy walks away with a state-of-the-art GE Profile™ Stainless Steel Kitchen*, a $5,000 check from Manischewitz, plus other goodies.
