Place chick pea dip mix, water, mayonnaise, artichokes, spinach, cheese, scallions and hot sauce in a food processor. Process until very smooth. Remove and place in a bowl. Finely dice the diced pimientos with a knife and stir into first mixture. Chill 15 minutes. Use as a spread on TamTam Crackers or as a vegetable dip.
