French Marengo Chicken

1 chicken fryer
12 small white onions
12 medium size mushrooms
1 clove garlic
8 ounce can tomatoes
½ cup and 2 tablespoons roasted garlic pasta sauce
1 1/2cups Manischewitz® Clear Chicken Consomme
1 1/2cups Manischewitz® White Wine
Manischewitz® cooking spray

 

Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Cut chicken into serving pieces and brown in Manischewitz cooking spray. Add onions, mushrooms, garlic and roasted garlic sauce. Cover the pan. Spray a serving over the dish with Manischewitz cooking spray. Transfer chicken and seasonings to oven dish. After baking 30 minutes pour 1/2 cup clear chicken soup. Bake another 25 minutes. In the pan with browned chicken add 1/2 cup chicken soup and extra 2 tablespoons of roasted garlic sauce and 1/2 cup of white wine. Mix on low temperature until thickened. Pour over chicken and enjoy!
