Roasted Sesame Chicken Dippers

1 package Manischewitz® Original Chicken Roasters Coating Mix
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 cups hummus
1/2 cup tehini
1 teaspoon chipotle in adobo sauce, minced
1 tablespoon Manischewitz® Honey
Cilantro (optional garnish)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix sesame seed and 1 package Manischewitz® Roasters Coating Mix in the provided bag. Rinse and pat dry chicken pieces. Cut in strips 1 inch wide. Rub chicken strips lightly with sesame oil to coat and dredge or shake chicken pieces in the roasters coating blend. Place chicken strips side by side in a large baking dish and bake for 22 – 24 minutes. Meanwhile prepare spicy hummus by stirring together the hummus, tehini, chipotle and honey in a bowl. Salt and pepper hummus to taste. Serve each portion of chicken with a dipping bowl of hummus, garnished with cilantro if desired to dip the strips into.
