Raspberry Glazed Tilapia

4 Tilapia fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Manischewitz® Potato Starch
1 cup Manischewitz® Cream White Concord Wine
5 tablespoons raspberry preserves
2 tablespoons Manischewitz® Golden Honey
4 tablespoons chopped parsley


In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the Manischewitz® Potato Starch and use a spoon or spatula to stir and dissolve. Add the Manischewitz® Cream White Concord Wine, the raspberry preserves, 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon salt and the Manischewitz® Golden Honey. Stir well to combine. Turn up the heat to high and reduce to a very syrupy thickness (takes about 15 minutes). Reduce heat to medium-high and cook each tilapia filet in the sauce using a spatula to turn over. (about 2 minutes on each side). Place filets on individual plates and spoon enough sauce over the top to coat well. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy!
