Serves: 4 - 6
In greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, arrange a layer of potatoes. Add some of the onion, sprinkle with some of the potato starch, salt and pepper. Dot with some of the fat. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with some of the fat on top. Add the chicken soup. Cover and bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees F) 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until tender.
