The Leader in Kosher Foods Aligns With Retail Partners to Promote The Month Long Celebration
Newark, NJ (May 2011) - Manischewitz®, the leading brand in specialty kosher foods for over 120 years, is a proud supporter and the founding sponsor of Jewish American Heritage Month (JAHM) which was created by Congressional Resolution and Presidential Proclamation. JAHM is a month-long celebration in May that aims to raise the national consciousness regarding contributions Jewish Americans have made to our country's heritage and history. Manischewitz recently announced a partnership with top retailers in the country to celebrate JAHM through a consumer promotion program and a retailer display contest.
Manischewitz has created numerous merchandizing materials for in-store use that reflect the spirit of JAHM, such as poster boards, shelf talkers and more. Retailers will be challenged with Manischewitz's 2nd annual display contest in honor of JAHM. Manischewitz will make donations on behalf of the top three retailers with the biggest and most creative in-store displays. Entries will be based on size, product assortment, and creativity. The retailers with the most innovative in- store display will be awarded cash prizes to BE DONATED TO their charity of choice. The first prize is $6,000, second prize is $4,000 and third prize is $2,000. In addition, Manischewitz will also provide a catered lunch FOR ALL the employees of the winning store.
