Beat eggs, add salt. While beating, add margarine. Add Manischewitz® Matzo Meal and baking powder and continue to beat until thoroughly mixed. Gradually beat in the water. Chill in refrigerator for at least two hours. Moisten hands and form batter into matzo balls approximately 1 1/2 in diameter. Drop into simmering salted water and cook for 40 minutes. Reheat in soup for 10-15 minutes.
It is also traditional to saute in margarine with some sauteed sliced onions and serve as a side dish.
